AG The Concept will accept returns and exchanges for products that have been purchased from our website within 30 days after delivery. Returned items must be in original packaging condition (unopened pouch). Returns that do not satisfy these requirements will not qualify for a refund/exchange. Unacceptable returns will be discarded and will not be sent back to the sender. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Return shipping must be covered by the sender, but we will send your replacement product via free standard shipping if we are processing an exchange.

 

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product from AG The Concept, please reach out to our customer service team at support@agtheconcept.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged/defective/incorrect product with photo proof. We will cover return shipping for any damaged/defective/incorrect product sent if applicable.
